Deposit and Cancellation Policy
For reservation deposits we accept VISA, MasterCard or personal cheques. Charter fees are payable in cash or travelers cheque only prior to leaving our dock.
A Non-refundable deposit of $750 Applies
Full payment is due PRIOR to leaving the dock
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation 50% of your deposit is non refundable. The other 50% will be refunded provided we are notified in writing 90 days prior to your arrival date and after the 90 day period provided we are successful in renting the houseboat at full rate.
